    Description

    Modular program-based one-time assessment of the background rate of hysterectomy, (laparoscopic, abdominal, and vaginal hysterectomy with or without morcellation or uterine fibroids) procedures among female members with six months of medical and drug coverage prior to the procedure. The query was run against the Sentinel Distributed Database (SDD) for the time period of January 1, 2013 up until the latest date of available data at each data partner (approximately August 2015).  Modular programs are adaptable standardized programs. Results were generated using the Cohort Identification and Analysis (CIDA) tool, version 1.0; click here for more information.  Queries were distributed in January 2016. This report includes data from 14 Data Partners.
