    Description

    Modular program-based one-time assessment of the most frequently dispensed outpatient pharmacy medications among members aged 65+ with medical and drug coverage. The query was run against the Sentinel Distributed Database (SDD) for the time period of January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2014. Modular programs are adaptable standardized programs. Results were generated using the Cohort Identification and Analysis (CIDA) tool, version 1.0; click here for more information. Queries were distributed in January 2016. This report includes data from 14 Data Partners.
