    Summary table assessment of the use of eleven multiple sclerosis procedure codes: Injection Glatiramer Acetate 20 MG (HCPCS code J1595), Injection Interferon Beta-1A 33 MCG (HCPCS code J1825), Injection Interferon Beta-1A 30 MCG (HCPCS code J1826),  Injection Interferon Beta-1B 0.25 MG (HCPCS code J1830),  Injection Natalizumab 1 MG (HCPCS code J2323),  Injection Mitoxantrone HCL Per 5 MG (HCPCS code J9293),   Injection Glatiramer Acetate Per Dose (HCPCS code Q2010),  Injection Interferon Beta-1A 11 MCG Intramuscular Use (HCPCS code Q3025),  Injection Interferon Beta-1A 11 MCG Subcutaneous Use (HCPCS code Q3026),  Injection Natalizumab Per 1 MG (HCPCS code Q4079),  and Injection Natalizumab Per 5 MG (HCPCS code C9126). Results were generated using the Mini-Sentinel Distributed Query Tool and the HCPCS Summary Table. Summary tables are precompiled stratified counts. Queries were executed in February 2013.
