Modular program-based one-time assessment of prevalent and incident use of six oral antifungal medications, including fluconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole, posaconazole, terbinafine, and voriconazo. Results were generated using Modular Program 1; click here for more information. Programs were executed in December 2011.
