This project will support planning and discovery for a publicly available robust data asset that will allow a forum for use of Sentinel-like data to develop and pilot new analytic approaches. Specifically, this project will: 1) assess available data asset types and enumerate key governance and technical challenges expected to be encountered in an implementation of a Data Sandbox engagement environment, and 2) identify solutions and gather requirements.
