Combining Treatment Propensity Scores and Clone-Censor-Weighting to Evaluate Treatment Duration in Active Comparator Studies

This poster describes a project that applied clone-censor-weighting (CCW) and treatment propensity score (tPS) weighting methods to estimate and compare the risk of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) among patients with ≥180 days of cumulative canagliflozin (CANA) exposure versus ≥180 days of cumulative sitagliptin (SITA) exposure. It was presented at the 2026 ISPE Annual Meeting.
