Development and Evaluation of Targeted Outcome Trees for Safety Surveillance using Tree-Based Scan Statistics in the Sentinel System

This poster describes a project which aimed to construct targeted outcome trees based on regulatory Designated Medical Event (DME) lists and compare their performance to routinely used untargeted trees by reanalyzing a prior signal identification analysis of erenumab in the U.S. Sentinel System. It was presented at the 2026 ISPE Annual Meeting.
