Description
Siponimod, FDA-approved in 2019, is a sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P) receptor modulator indicated for the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS) in adults. This poster summarizes a study that describes the prevalence of siponimod exposure among pregnancies, females of childbearing age, and females regardless of age in the Sentinel Distributed Database. It was presented at the 2026 Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention Annual Meeting.
