Safety Signal Identification for Infliximab Biosimilars: An Exact-and Propensity Score-Matched Cohort Study Using Variable Probability Tree-Based Scan Statistics

This presentation addresses the possibility for differing safety profiles between infliximab reference products (RP) and its biosimilar products (BPs). Tree-based scan statistics were used to identify new potential safety signals following infliximab BPs vs. RP initiation. It was presented at the Drug Information Association (DIA) Global Annual Meeting June 14-18, 2026.
