    Description

In this report, we describe the information captured in the prescribing and dispensing tables in the Sentinel Common Data Model (SCDM) by examining how dispensings relate to prescriptions, and vice versa, for the following drugs in the Sentinel Distributed Database (SDD): amoxapine, isoniazid, atogepant, inclisiran, and finerenone.

The study period includes data from January 1, 2016 to May 31, 2025. We distributed this request to three Sentinel Data Partners on November 7, 2025. This analysis consists of three reports:

    • Report 1: This report specified that members index on a qualifying prescription and post-index dispensings or administrations of the index prescription are assessed.
    • Report 2: This report repeated the analyses using an alternative post-index continuous enrollment requirement.
    • Report 3: This report specified that members index on a qualifying drug dispensing, and pre-index prescriptions of the index drug are assessed.
