    Modular program-based one-time assessment of the use of duloxetine, pregabalin, and milnacipran among enrollees with a pre-existing diagnosis of myalgia or myositis in the Mini-Sentinel Distributed Database. Modular programs are adaptable standardized programs. Queries were executed in February-March 2012.
