Description

In this report we examined usage of mycophenolate and other drugs of interest before and during eligible pregnancy episodes in the Sentinel Distributed Database (SDD). This analysis includes two reports:

  • Report 1: contains information on pregnant cohorts who were matched to non-pregnant counterparts.
  • Report 2: contains information on the pregnant cohorts who did not have matched non-pregnant counterparts.

The study period includes data from September 25, 2013 to July 31, 2024. We distributed this query to five Sentinel Data Partners on January 30, 2025.
