Prevalence of Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus in the Sentinel Distributed Database: A Descriptive Analysis

In this analysis, we estimated the prevalence of Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus (CLE) subtypes defined by different diagnosis codes and algorithms within the Sentinel Distributed Database (SDD). The overall study period includes data from January 1, 2017 to  July 31, 2024. We distributed this request to 12 Sentinel Data Partners (DPs) on March 7, 2025.

This analysis contains three reports: 

• Report 1: This report contains data from two DPs, and the study period includes data from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2023.
• Report 2: This report contains data from ten DPs, and the study period includes data from January 1, 2017 to July 31, 2024.
• Report 3: This report contains data from all DPs, and the study period includes data from January 1, 2017 to July 31, 2024.
