Description

In this report, we described the utilization of diabetes mellitus drugs and anti-obesity medications in the Sentinel Distributed Database (SDD) since January 1, 2008. Specifically, we described the number, baseline characteristics, and cumulative exposure of individuals initiating the products of interest overall and within subgroups. We also described gaps between individual exposure episodes.

The study period includes data from January 1, 2008, to May 31, 2024. We distributed this request to six Sentinel Data Partners on February 21, 2025.
